I applied online. I interviewed at Odeko in Dec 2025
Interview
Hiring manager reached out to scheduled a video interview. Asked questions that were to be answered in the STAR format. After video interview, he reached out to scheduled another video interview with a different manager. That interview was more casual and didn’t ask any hard questions. It was more like a get to know you meeting. Both said they will reach out about their decision within a few days, but I never did heard back from them. It’s been a few weeks so I assume they proceeded with another candidate. Hopefully that candidate will update future people if they were rejected after they dedicated time to interview with them.

Question 1
Have you used AI to help with work and how did implemented it?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Odeko in June 2025
Interview
I went through four rounds of interviews in the span of one week, including meetings with multiple team members and senior leadership. I was told I would hear back within a week regarding next steps. That timeline came and went and I never received any communication from the company again.
Being ghosted after investing significant time and effort into the process felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If this is how candidates are treated during the interview process, I can only imagine what the internal culture might be like. Overall, this experience left a very poor impression of the company and its values.

After applying, I was sent a PDF with a list of 17 questions. I sent back a PDF document with my answers. 3 days later, without an interview with an actual human, and without the ability to ask questions of my own, I got an email with a job offer.
