Interview
They first give a Python logic based test. If test is passed they call for interview and ask stuff/ logic from the test and stuff from your CV. For eg my CV had experience with Docker so they asked about Docker.

What is an API? They asked about Docker. Asked to name some design patterns. Asked some logic related questions from the test.
