Once I applied, I got my first interview request a few days after. The HM's next available spot was in two more weeks. I scheduled it. On that day the HM was on time and he was overall cordial. Nevertheless, during the interview I felt as if I was the 1000nth candidate he had interviewed that day. However, I thought I had done it right.... Seems I didn't :( Anyways, that is part of the process and sometimes you are not the best fit and there are best candidates. And that is okay, it is totally understandable. BUT what I think is unacceptable is to ghost a candidate. Specially if you already met them and told them would follow up on a specific date (yes, I sent the "Thank you for the interview" email and a follow-up one a week later). I think ghosting is rude, impolite, and unprofessional. Shows the worst out a company...
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is your experience selling? How would you sell a product? Salary Expectations?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Odoo (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2024
Interview
The interview process is flawless, I had clarity since the beginning about the interviews (who/when), received answers when promised and they took extra time to solve my questions at the offer stage. Very friendly and smooth!
Two rounds of interviews. The first is the phone screening. And the second is behavior and demo. In this part, you will need to do a demo on the spot to show your demo skills and basic understanding of the Odoo ERP.
