It was a 3 step process. Step 1 is with the recruiter via phone and then in person. . Step 2 with a manager or two. Step 3 with the hiring manager and HR. After the interviews are done you will get a phone call within a week or two.

Their recruiter contacted me. The first interview was with two district sales managers and one person from HR. About a week after the recruiter contacted me for the background clearance procedure. I scanned all of the required documents. The recruiter contacted me for the offer. The acceptance was made over the phone. Two days afterwards UPS delivered the offer letter.
