You talk to the manager and answer questions. District Manager would ask questions about leadership, customer service, personnel question, accountability, cash balancing. Afterwards we talked sports, family and vacations. The process lasted about an hour.

Pretty straight forward process consisting of phone interviews followed up by a face to face once further into the process. Talked about the company, benefits, locations, expectations and so on.
