Applied mid-March, was contacted for phone screening at end of March. Two on-site interviews in April, one with Hiring Manager and HR, the second with several members of the firm. Received final notification the first week of May. All told, the process was just under 7 weeks. Interview was heavily focused on organizational fit, and ability to come up to speed with a fairly unique computing environment for an organization of their type (legal) and size (~120 people).
