Interview
I had 3 interviews: HR, hiring manager, and a panel interview. In total, interviews were about 3 hours.
Unfortunately, they never responded to let me know that I did not get
the position. I found out my checking the candidate workday site periodically. Ultimately, it updated that I was not offered the position. I do not feel that the hiring process was professional.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at OhioHealth (Columbus, OH) in July 2023
Interview
You will have to go through a few rounds of interviews that ask you the basic questions. The 1st is really a screening that goes a bit more in depth. You will then be passed onto the potential boss for the next interview. If you make it past that, you have to interview with your potential teammates.
