Recruitment happened through and All-India entrance examination. This was followed by a Psychometric Test and Personal Interview. The Personal Interview was a Panel interview consisting of past senior executives of ONGC and a Senior HR executive.

Specific Accounting Provisions for Subsidiary and Holding Company Accounts.
Personal round interview by a panel of around 7 people relating to Techincal and HR . Before that certificate verification was done. Questions related to technical and HR were asked during the interview and went on for around 25minutes.
