But after all process they asked 2 lakh rupees cheque

Thanks for the posting, Its true that we at Ojas ask for a Bond for two years and if you break the Bond with in 2 Years then you need to pay 2lakhs.But we are not asking to pay any money and we are investing huge amounts to make you a skilled resource apart from that we are also paying salary at 2.4Lakhs per Annum.
one need to only worry when they break the bond. Hope this clarifies.

there are 3 rounds should prepare well .and be confident and coding test is mandatory . so that you can perform easily . There was a bond for 3 years . but it will helpful. nothing to panic anything .just a paperwork of bond. if you work in company 3 years then only you can gain a work experience
