Oklahoma's Credit Union interview questions

Applied online and was interviewed in person about a week or so later. I was asked "on a scale from 1 to 10, how badly do you want this job?", which honestly struck me as a condescending and pointless question to ask at an interview. I had no idea how to answer so I threw out an arbitrary number and was then asked "what would make it a 10?" Sorry, but I'm not here to gravel for a job.

The interview process was very easy on the applicant. The questions did not include phrases like how enthusiastic are you about starting a new job with us, or other questions that I could not know because I have no idea what to expect. They did ask why I applied with them, which could only be answered with, "Because you are hiring and I am looking for a job".
