I interviewed at Oklahoma's Credit Union (Oklahoma City, OK)
Interview
Very welcoming! Comfortable atmosphere. Professional and made me want to work there. Felt like they really gave me consideration. Phone interview first then in-person invite. They were very thorough with all information and allowed time for my questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why did you choose OKCU? Why do you want to work at a financial institution? Where do you see yourself if you are offered the position in the next five years? What do you like most about your current job? What do you like least?
I applied online. I interviewed at Oklahoma's Credit Union
Interview
Applied online and was interviewed in person about a week or so later.
I was asked "on a scale from 1 to 10, how badly do you want this job?", which honestly struck me as a condescending and pointless question to ask at an interview. I had no idea how to answer so I threw out an arbitrary number and was then asked "what would make it a 10?" Sorry, but I'm not here to gravel for a job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Oklahoma's Credit Union (Tulsa, OK) in Jan 2016
Interview
The interview process was very easy on the applicant. The questions did not include phrases like how enthusiastic are you about starting a new job with us, or other questions that I could not know because I have no idea what to expect. They did ask why I applied with them, which could only be answered with, "Because you are hiring and I am looking for a job".
