I applied online and received an email for a phone interview after 5 days. I gave my availability for a quick chat but the recruiting manager gave me a time outside of my availability, so I had to accommodate. Time came to my interview and I received no call. I waited 15 minutes and sent an email if it was still happening. I received a call within 20 seconds of sending the email. The person that interviewed me did not introduce themselves or tell me anything about the company. They went right in and asked about my background, etc. I was only asked 3 questions. It was quick call that lasted less then 10 minutes. She kept reiterating that they needed to move quick for this position. I felt that the recruiter already made their decision and didn't bother to listen. Overall experience left me not wanting to move forward with the company.
