Passed the recruiter phone screen and then went on to the phone interview with the hiring manager. The manager was 100% unprepared for my interview; in our 30 mins chat, he went on a stroll around the office building (I'm assuming) and was distracted throughout our talk, not to mention all the street noises I was hearing on my end. His sentences were choppy, and he stopped talking every few words it seemed. The only question he asked me was how do my experiences relate to this role. The rest of the time, he talked about himself and the company.
I'm giving this a negative rating mainly because I thought the manager was unprepared and should not have taken an interview call while strolling through the streets of SF. He barely asked me any questions, and at the end of the day, didn't pass me on to an on-site interview. I don't think there was anything he asked that critically evaluated my skills and/or about a culture fit working at Okta.
