I had an interview with 2 managers, it felt like everything went well, but I never received any feedback. I contacted the recruiter more than once asking for status, and he never responded.
It is very unfortunate to see how companies dont follow up and not even offer you status or tell you if you were not selected.
They dont take the time, and it only talks on how bad the company is....
Did 2 rounds of interviews - first round was with the recruiter - they seemed a bit disorganized but was nice. When asked for salary range, recruiter said they “weren’t comfortable” with sharing the information yet. I was taken aback because I’ve never heard this from any other organization I’ve interviewed with but decided to let it slide since the role sounded interesting.
Moved on to second interview with the manager and found out that the role that was described to me by the recruiter is COMPLETELY different from what the manager was looking for. What a waste of time.
