I applied in-person. I interviewed at Olan Mills (Grand Rapids, MI) in June 2012
Interview
There was no interview. I walked by the studio, and they offered me a job as a ticket sales person. I declined, so I was "given the opportunity to manage a mobile unit". This was a non existent part of the company. I was promised pay increase, a cell phone, a company car, and other benefits. All that I received was a lack of payment. My checks were rarely deposited into my account without having to call the manager, who was unreachable.
I applied online. I interviewed at Olan Mills (Chillicothe, OH) in Mar 2015
Interview

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Olan Mills in Apr 2013
Interview
I filled out an application online, and heard from a DM within a few weeks. I was called in for an interview. It was pretty standard. A day or two later, I was called by the DM offering me the job. I had to have a background check done, but the company handles it, and you just have to give basic information. Training is provided afterwards.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked to "sell" something to the interviewer. This wasn't difficult per se, but with someone like me, who has no sales experience, it was kind of winging it.
