It was laid back and casual. Did not feel very stressful or formal. One interview with assistant manager then one with general manager. Overall good experience as far as interviews go
Had one in-person interview with a manager... mostly talked about herself and how short-staffed the location was and how quick turnaround was. Bad vibes, but I was hired on the spot. Super easy to get hired.

They will want to know if you can multitask in a high paced environment, what beer knowledge you have, and if you have any previous restaurant experience. They will also ask questions about you as a worker.
