The process began with a 30-minute phone interview focused entirely on behavioral questions. The interviewer asked about my background, interest in the role, teamwork, problem-solving experiences, and how I handled different situations. Asked about my experience with SQL and Power BI. The conversation was relaxed with time at the end to ask questions about the role and company.
