Interview
Three-part interview in-person with exposure to multiple (i.e. six) employees, reviewing portfolio (i.e. review 3-5 projects), technical skill sets (i.e. exposure to various software and standard technical skills, such as grading), and personality / fit.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Olin Partnership
Interview
The interview process felt somewhat unusual compared to most companies. The first round was with three associates who focused on my experience and skill set, while the second round was with two HR reps who asked about reasons for applying to the firm.
In the meantime, I accepted an offer from a different company. So, I had sent a withdrawal letter. About a week later, the company still sent a rejection notice.

Interview
It was a 2 hr long interview process with a variety of leadership members. Split up between a creative and technical process. They seemed very interested in software despite how much experience I had. That should be a given.
