I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Olive Garden Italian Restaurants (Langhorne, PA) in Oct 2020
Interview
Very efficient and welcoming and easy. Love love love the managers. You walk in and greet the hostess and let them know that you’re here for an interview. They then sit you down at a table and the first manager will come up to you to do your first interview. They ask questions such as.. why do you want to work for Olive Garden, what is your experience working in a restaurant, and what is your availability. Your second interview is typically with the general manager and usually means you got the job. It’s very calming and easy going.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Olive Garden Italian Restaurants (Downingtown, PA) in July 2021
Interview
Waste of time. Told me to come in, asked me two questions while on his phone the entire two minutes. Got a letter saying they weren’t able to offer the position. You called me THREE TIMES. Then didn’t even bother looking me in the eye. Why bother with my time and gas money at $3.40/gallon?
