I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Olive Garden Italian Restaurants (Foxborough, MA) in June 2015
Interview
2 interviews, one with the HR manager and one with the general manager. I received an employee referral from my sister-in-law, I had to apply online and then the HR manager looked for my application. Given the fact that it was a referral the interview process actually took longer than expected. It took a week for me to get my first interview, a week for my second interview, and then after I got the job it took another 2 weeks for them to start putting me on the schedule for training.

Interview
I waited in the lobby and was called back by a manager to a booth located in the back of the restaurant. The interviewer was very friendly and the questioning went well. The environment was quite busy, but the interview was still comfortable.
