An initial screening call with an internal recruiter lasting 20 minutes. Then a short video interview on teams running through your CV and why you want to get into recruitment and finally an interview win person with three including the founder

Telephone interview followed by face-face interview with internal recruiter and one of the managers. The interview with the internal recruiter was helpful as I received feedback at the end which helped me going into the next stage of the process.
