Olo Security Engineer interview questions

Had an interview scheduled. I had to take my wife to hospital right before and at the hospital I remembered that I had phone screening and I knew I wouldn't be able to do so a few minutes before I sent a email to ask them if I could reschedule and the hiring manager said I could, I just need to reach back out to the recruiter so I did and then this morning they sent this. "Thank you for getting in touch. Unfortunately as we were notified that you were unable to attend at the start time of the interview, we have decided not to proceed with your candidacy at this time. We wish you all the best in your job search and thank you for your interest in Olo. " If you want the best talent then you should be more understanding of people situations. This tells me a-lot about this organization.
