First interview at a coffee shop, informal and lasted about 1.5 hrs. Second interview at a steak house, more formal and about 2 hours. This was for a new position that didn't exist so the interview process was a lot of "think-tank" like discussion. I was impressed during the 2nd interview and was immediately excited to start the new endeavor.
