Olsson Entry-level Transportation Engineer interview questions

I was told that I would be meeting with 5 people, 1 person via Microsoft Teams. When I showed up to the interview, I was only welcomed in by one person and waited 20 minutes before starting the interview. The other 3 people were off on a trip. I would have expected a bit more punctuality and professionalism from such a large company or at least a notice. At first I got a phone screening within a week from applying, then it took around 1.5 months to get the interview scheduled. After the interview, I waited about 3 weeks to get an offer. I would expect this from the public sector, but definitely not the private sector. The pay was a little underwhelming compared to other offers I received. The median pay offer I received was 97k while Olsson was offering 85k.
