I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Olympe (Switzerland) in Nov 2021
Interview
1. screening by the HR : very professional and pleasant person.
2. meeting with the Chief Revenue Officer (validated by email). But no invitation sent to me. No response to my email. I decided to call him the day before the interview : he was sick and unable to write me. Poor him.
3. Interview scheduled with the same CRO a second time. Canceled one more time.
4. I got the interview, but at the end, the position is not sure because they are waiting for a fund raising.
Since then, no news...

Interview
The process is well structured and focused on the human side besides the professional experience. I had chance to meet several stakeholders during the interviews and it was always fairly communicated what the expectations are.

Interview
First screening call with HR and VP of Sales, then case study with on-site presentation. They sent a case study requesting you to prepare a complete proposal to generate leads and increase brand awareness. I went to their office in Lausanne and presented my proposal in front of 4 people. Candidates were presenting their presentations back to back. I found them quite disrespectful, they were interrupting an asking the same question multiple times. They were also mentioning and comparing with other candidates proposals which I found extremely disrespectful. They told me they would get back to me 7-10 days later, and one month later I still haven't heard from them. Knowing that I went all the way to Lausanne (in covid times) to give a 45 minutes presentation, I think the least they could do is give an answer. In the meantime, I accepted a job a another great company, I know I wouldn't enjoy working at Olympe. I found the team very disrespectful, they were acting like they were recruiting a provider, not a team member. I'm sure it would have been a horrible experience to work there.
