I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Omada Health
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard for the initial interview - a 30-45 minute Zoom call with the SVP of Operations. I sent a thank you email the next day and a follow-up email two weeks later to see if there was an update. After being ghosted for 2 months I received an inquiry for a phone screen with the same person from someone else in HR. I confirmed that I had spoken with the SVP prior and wanted to make sure she still wanted to meet. It's completely fine that I was no longer being considered for the role but the lack of communication and ghosting isn't a great candidate experience.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Omada Health in Oct 2019
Interview
I applied to Omada Health and received a request for an interview the same day! The interview process was as follows.
1) Phone interview with recruiter
2) Phone interview with manager
3) Take home exercise
4) Phone interview with recruiter to review and discuss the take home exercise
5) Virtual Panel; 1 on 1's with the hiring manager, team and stakeholders that I would be working with (I was not able to interview in-person due to location/time but felt like I still had a great experience)
The entire interview process took approximately 3 weeks in total.
This was, by far, one of the best interview experiences I've had (and I'm a recruiter)! The follow up and communication throughout the entire process was timely and very personable. All interview questions were meaningful and I walked away from each conversation feeling excited and welcomed.
Top notch candidate experience, team - super excited to be joining!
