The initial interview consisted of five questions that were basic background questions. The interview process took place with the CEO and lasted a total of 15-20 minutes. OBC hires people after three total interviews. The initial interview seemed very unprofessional. Upon completion of the interview I was told the position I interviewed for had been filled two days prior.
