Interview
The interviews were very casual. The coding challenge was creative and a mix of simple and customized problems with typical leetcode. The onsite(virtual) interview was extremely casual. It could be made a bit more formal to truly assess the candidates properly.

First an interview to learn about the company and tell them about myself. Then a technical interview with various questions on software development. The third intereview was mostly a discussion on the consultant role.
