Interview
Afte your application, an HR representative contacts you about an assessment test, as described in the job posting. I did not proceed after the test.
For me it was a negative experience for two reasons. Firstly, they ask for salary expectations. However, if you ask them for the position's salary range, which by EU law they should include in the position, they avoid the question saying that it will be determined by your experience.
Secondly, the online assessment was badly designed as it was basically coding games. Every question is strictly timed, and time matters greatly for your score. The questions themselves were not that difficult. However the combination of time and "muscle memory" for specific utility libraries is bad design. The scope of the test was also off. The position was for backend with API development, but all the questions were about random core language concepts, that determine your "problem solving" and "reliability".

Question 1
You have 10'or 5' to filter a dictionary and order it by value. Unfortunately, the verbose question takes 1/3 of your time trying to be cool (it's coding games format).
