Interview
Going through the motions. job was filled before they posted it.Some jobs are clearly made up for certain individuals so they can justify pay for incentive to stay on. Too many times have I seen these new positions go through the script when they already had someone in mind when they created it.

Interview
I have had a couple interviews for applications to this company during my job search. Every single time (5) the job position disappears due to the requistion being pulled back. I' have been all the way up to the point where an offer letter was pending then had them reverse course on a dime. Makes me wonder what is going on woth this company? Finaancial issue? Poor planning? Not sure what's going on unfortuntely, it seems like a good company.
