Contacted via recruitment agent. Phone interview, then face to face interview. Bait and switch on role: The role which I discussed and accepted, immediately morphed into the job of 3 departments the week of starting. Bait and switch on salary: High salary advertised, then low balled ~15k below the advertised salary on arrival. Pressured into starting while still at current job.
