The interview process was very relaxed and started with a get-to-know-you in the president's office. I first met with the HR manager, who conducted a brief introduction to the company and explained the details of the Project Manager role. Next, the HR Manager asked basic questions about my background and asked me to provide examples of past experiences. Later, I met with the hiring manager, who gave me a tour of the facility and brought me back to the president's office for further interviewing and examination. Examination included a personality test and a short competency exam. The meeting concluded with the introduction of the director of the area that I had applied for. The director then asked a few brief questions about my goals and what I expected from the role. Overall, it was a fantastic interview experience.
