Interview
The interview process was well-structured, professional, and transparent. It consistent of 5 rounds, starting with initial HR screening, followed by discussions with the hiring manager and cross functional stakeholders to assess technical knowledge, program management experience, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. The interviewers were approachable and provided clear expectations throughout the process. Communication was timely, and the overall experience was smooth and positive.
