In my interview process, I was actually contacted through a staffing agency called Balance Staffing. My agent's name was Jay, in essence he was awesome. Motivated me to do all I could. Set me up to interview in the Portsmouth Office within a week of initial contact. My interview with the site manager had me worried at first but Ed was extremely pleasant and sweet. He told me with a no nonsense tone what was expected and what the first month would be like. I got the job offer that day. Portsmouth has a very open forum interview. Once the job was described you are given the option to ask as many questions as you like. Since I went through a staffing agency, as soon as I said I would love to be a part of the team or family, Ed was thrilled to hear it and within minutes of it ending, I had called Jay back like he asked to tell him I accepted. And within an hour of it ending I got a call from and email from Jay congratulating me and giving me further instructions.
