I had to interview with 3 people on site and 2 off site via video chat. The process was pretty good i was able to see if i would be a fit and had clear exceptions when i started.

One over the phone interview and 5 in person interviews. It was a pretty normal interview. The fact that you meet with so many people was a little intimidating but everyone was very nice. Just asked about career goals, why you chose ondeck, what you know about the company and your job experience.
