OnLive interview questions

Quick, easy, and efficient. The interview was set up so that I could meet several members of the team, one after the other. It conducted one afternoon, and I heard back that same day (was offered) the role.

Decent, some relevent questions. Talked to some of the key people I ended up working with. I liked that I got to write code on a white board and that there were not stupid brainteaser. I didn't like what followed when they only gave me a contract position and then hiring me full time after three months when he realized I could do that job. It set the tone for the rest of my employment there.
