I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at OnTrac in Aug 2022
Interview
Contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Had a phone screening, and a phone interview with one manager. Then moved to the next round, with four 30-minute interviews with four more managers. All interviewers asked similar questions, and conducted by phone call. Then, they wanted to add another interview (for 6 total!). Seems like they love committees here, nobody wanted to make a hiring decision.

Question 1
What do you think are the core functions of the job? What metrics would you use to measure performance? What experience with operations management do you have? Tell me about a time when you had to develop reporting and use data to convince others of something?
