I applied online. I interviewed at One Acre Fund in May 2021
Interview
Invitation for an online interview. Interview by two individuals, senior HR and another employee. Response was quick. The questions are very general, but not clear. The interviewers were not really interested in the response, they just wanted to get it over with.
Thank you for your feedback.
We are sorry you felt the interviewers were not interested in your responses. Our aim is to provide a clear and engaging process to learn more about candidates so we can make an informed hiring decision. We will continue to improve our process and your feedback is appreciated.
All the best.

The interview process felt that it would never end, despite taking multiple days off to participate in the interview process and 3 hour online assignment. It was a little overkill and turned me off to the organization and position.
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We are sorry to hear that the process felt long. We aim to simulate real scenarios throughout so candidates can make informed decisions about joining our teams. We appreciate that our candidates are busy and we aim to respect their time and we appreciate that you took days off to participate in the process. As much as possible, we let candidates know what to expect throughout the application process.
We wish you the best!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at One Acre Fund in June 2017
Interview
Interview was over Skype with an employee in Rwanda. Had a couple issue with the time difference, but that quickly sorted . Interview took about an hour and consisted on basic questions and then a case study analysis.
