This is the first time I'm writing a Glassdoor review. A company should value the time of their applicants. I'm currently juggling 6-7 interviews. I applied for a position on indeed, then was asked to fill out a google document, got scheduled for a zoom interview (which was the CEO pitching us the company), and finally asked to fill out another questionnaire if we were interested. How many applications do we need to submit to speak to someone? In the zoom interview, which I just left, is with 20-30 other people. This was never communicated that it would be a group interview. Especially since I was rescheduled due to a booking conflict. I showed up in a suit and tie thinking that I was interviewing with a sales manager. Instead, I'm sitting here learning about the company history that I already researched prior, with people chilling on their couches. This process felt like a D2D interview scam, where they spend the entire time selling you on their company. How do you reschedule an interview due to a scheduling conflict, then throw me in a room with 20 people? The process is to apply on 3 different forms, listen to a CEO pitch, and then we get to speak with a recruiter? This just screams scam.
