The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at One Legal in July 2024
Interview
The interview process was lengthy and ultimately felt like a waste of time. Despite going through 3 of the 4 interviews, it was clear that the company wasn't organized or respectful of candidates' time. The entire experience left me questioning their professionalism and commitment to finding the right fit.

I applied online. I interviewed at One Legal (Petaluma, CA) in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview was set up by a coordinator and an invitation to interview via zoom was sent afterward. The coordinator was very nice and accomodating. I received a copy of my resume and the name and title of the person that I'm interviewing with.
I was interviewed by the director hr. She was really nice and was very informative with the company, direction and what they are looking for. The position was not a fit for my background but I understood what I lacked. She invited me to look at other positions that might fit. She gave pointers on my resume which was really nice. She caught typos.
