Initial call with CEO who seemed really casual. I believe it was a cell phone she called me with, Florida number. Then she intro’ed me to 3 other people via email. I scheduled an interview with 2 of them, back to back on google hangout. They told me to prep for a mock call, but they had me actually use my cell phone on speaker to call one of the people on their list without expecting me to know much of the product itself (just from what I studied). Went through a couple calls, they felt pretty good. First girl complimented me on my pivot skills. Then I had the second interview, same thing, mock calls through my cell phone, their actual leads. Basically unpaid interning work. I felt more comfortable, and it felt like they wanted to see if I was a good fit for the actual job by doing the actual job. I would say it went pretty well. I finished it on Friday. Thought I’d hear by Monday, I followed up on Monday to the CEO & the other 2 people I interviewed with. No response. Come another week, its Wednesday as I’m writing this. 2 weeks+ after an interview and no follow up. I get that they’re a small start up with about 6 people.. but come on... have some respect for other people’s time. I read another review on Glassdoor saying after the interview, they were ghosted. I thought, no way... they seemed like nice people, built good rapport, seemed to have done well on the mock call interviews. However, ghosted... disappointing
