Very quick and easy, few questions. First with HR and then with the principal. Questions mostly regarding previous experience and work scenarios. Some questions regarding my personal life and hobbies

How would you handle lack of collaboration in your team
It was good. Principal outlined vision and educational ideas. He asked for teachers philosophy and experience, and how they like to shape their classes and students. It was a positive experience.

Interview 30 minutes,1-1 very smoothly........... nice talking,5 questions to answer. And I just feel it is a normal interview start with self introduction. Then asked the questions about teaching philosophy and classroom management
