Thanks for the feedback on your interview experience. Our interview process is based on our belief that culture fit and soft skills are just as important to us as technical or job skills, so we like to get to know the person behind the role. This includes a thorough interview process and job-related assessments. We understand this doesn’t always work for everyone but appreciate your feedback and will consider explaining this to candidates in the future.
ONE 2 ONE does share salary ranges either in our job postings or during our interviews, and our Account Manager position specifically has a standard salary range with a published commission schedule, which we review in depth during our shadowing and offer phases.
Finally, being a growing company means we have GROWING families and our staff is proud of our families – our current staff has kiddos as young as 2 all the way up to college seniors and beyond… including a few grandchildren! We start our meetings sharing personal good news, often reflecting on the antics of our families.
