OneAdvanced Account Director interview questions

Applied for the role via company website. Was greated with an email saying, click on link complete CCAT and personality assessment. 72 hours to complete. As the company is so large and like every job spec... vague to say the least, it was an underwhelming progression in the process. For a sales role you would imagine being able to hold a conversation, relationship build and deliver commercially viable results would not depend on if you knew how old someone's uncle is if his sons, brothers, dog was half his age 5 years ago. Ridiculous way to shortlist potential candidates as know many wouldn't even bother.
