Was very straight forward. 1 online test and a group interview which was to assess your individual and team skills, with a call test at the end to see how you reacted under pressure from a disgruntled caller.

Had round 1 and haven't had any feedback or word. Poor form really and this is meant to be an organisation trying to turn itself around from the bad press it's getting, It doesn't bode well......

To start, had an aptitude test and then it was a 2 stage interview process.
First interview was with the team in Australia and the second was with HQ in England.
