Interview
Straight-forward interview process. One phone interview, 2 in-person interviews. Very welcomed after I received the offer. The administration is great and the onboarding process is very appealing. Within couple meetings I was able to learn the company culture and get all set up for my work.

Interview
The people at OneCause were fantastic and respectful at all points. It was a somewhat typical process: a technical screen, followed by a take-home project, followed by a series of final interviews with senior staff members.
The culture was encouraging, and the product and mission seem to be represented by the company.
I declined only because my long term career goals did not align with the role, and I had another offer.

Question 1
Design and set up a simple front and back end to serve an authentication endpoint. The final implementation would not have to be deployed.

Interview
Never got a response from the team. The interview was somewhat technical. I never felt a chance to get to know the interviewer or build rapport with them. It was difficult to know what they were looking for.
