OneDigital interview questions

Several interviews in the process, basic interview questions. Typical Co; nice and responsive for 3 interviews then GHOSTED! How hard is it to send a quick communication? If a company cannot handle this basic level of communication I question its ability to manage through actual difficult scenarios.

Recruiter call, then 2, two people calls next. All went great but then there was never an interview with the hiring manager which should go first. I waited almost 2 week and had to reach out to the recruiter only to tell me they are going a different direction and restructuring the role. OK then why is it still posted everywhere? Have the resolve to simply say to me why the sudden change? Geeze, you should be alot more structured than that to change up a staff organization during the interview process.
