Had 5 stages of interview and 1 take home assessment: - 15 minutes HR screening - 30 minutes deeper HR to talk about role and offering - Take home assessment that took around 4 hours to complete - 30 minutes chat with VP of Product - 45 minutes chat with VP of Product again - 45 minutes chat with Engineering Director There was some interesting delay in later stages to get feedback. Unfortunately after all these stages I wasn't given reasons on why I wasn't selected. Would've appreciated some honest feedback after all the time invested in the process. But seems most companies nowadays don't care that much about providing feedback which is disappointing.
