Interview
Very easy, relaxed interview. Barely asked me any questions about the actual job. Was almost like talking to an old family member. Talked to district manager and he was nice and informative about what I will be doing.
I applied for the 2024 summer associate analyst internship. There are a total of three rounds of interviews, the first and second of which are case studies. I stopped at 2nd interview, and according to the interviewer, the final round will be like a behavior question.

Very poorly done. Questions were not beneficial and had nothing to do with the position or with what exactly it entitled. Seemed to just be reading questions off a piece of paper and nothing more. Very disappointed in the interview process.
