1st Round Skype Video Call with China Team
2nd Round Telephone Call with India Team
After completing above rounds,
I was asked to provide my previous employer offer, pay-slips and salary expectation with an application form to fill to agree for background verification
I didn't get any reply for 1 month after that and later had to remind the hr to communicate their decision, then got a call from their head hr who made a salary proposal, After I accepted the salary, they didn't reply again for 1 month and again I had to ask the hr to tell their decision.
After total 2 months, they said, the salary proposal they made earlier is not approved by hq.
They made another lower offer and I accepted and again they didn't reply for 1 month and after reminding that many times on mail and call they said they are reconsidering the offer and the location for the position.
And after 3 months total, I took another offer and sent them mail to inform and then only they communicated that the position cannot be filled for me because of my location preference when they knew about it since the start and since i have another offer they don't want to proceed further.
The most frustrating interview process in my career.
I will definitely not recommend anyone to apply for OnePlus unless they have 3+ months to undergo the interview process.

My interviewed company was OnePlus @Shenzhen. Asked about previous projects and insights. You can receive positive feedback during the interview, the interviewee was nice. Pretty good experience. Good company for internship.

Save yourself some time, literally, and do not apply to this organization. For a growing company, they way that they treat prospective talent is unacceptable.
As an applicant, I progressed all the way to a final round interview with executive-level, C-suite employees. That interview went well, or so I thought, but I was ignored for three weeks after the interview with multiple offers on the table. Obviously, I can assume I did not receive an offer if I did not hear anything within 10 days. But it is an absolute insult considering how much I was praised for being responsive and super flexible for rushing my interview process to accommodate them. Even if they could not make a decision in a timely fashion, a response to my follow up emails would have been appreciated.
A joke of an company. You can truly tell how things are run and done at a company by analysing the hiring process of an organization. Unless you are a software engineer, DO NOT BOTHER. If you must apply here, make sure that you don’t have a couple offers on the table as you will anger everyone else due to the unresponsiveness of this company.
