I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at OneSpan (Montreal, QC) in Jan 2020
Interview
I applied via a recruiting firm, I got a call from the HR, we've talked about interest and my past experiences. Then, I went to the onsite interview, we've talked about some architectures to technical questions. During the interview, maybe it's me, I felt that the manager that I have spook has some anger issue or the way he talked was very none professional as it should be like in others' past interviews that I did with the other managers. Overall, the technical guy was very nice and the manager was super rude. I was left disappointed.

Question 1
Explained to me how did you implement and design your product.
One of our priorities is to ensure that candidates have a good experience when they come onsite to meet the team. We take great care to train our employees on best practices on interviewing to ensure candidates have a good experience. Your feedback is really valuable in helping us learn and grow so we not only appreciate the time you took to meet with us, but also sharing your feedback.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at OneSpan (Montreal, QC) in June 2016
Interview
Got a interview call (onsite) followed by a test (not a speed test) which asked to develop a very sophisticated lottery system keeping in mind all the constraints. The description seemed very easy but the actual implementation had lot of things to be considered. The interview panel was friendly.
